Wrap around porch access. Outside smoking area. Rules for Parties and Events No illegal drugs No smoking in the building Must be 21 to drink alcohol, required by the City, County and State of Texas. Drinking responsibly is required Outside catering is allowed Smoking allowed in smoking area We will discuss details after we receive your $100 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Paid minimum deposit is non-refundable and applies towards your total party cost. Any cancellations can be rescheduled - your non-refundable paid deposit can be used up to 60 days from your original booked date. To cancel or reschedule, please send us an email immediately - No later than 3 days prior to your event or 2 days prior to your phone call request.
